"This is the worst Burger King in the world. You should not have to wait in line when there's no cars in line to get your order You wait in 10 minutes. Most of the time don't even know how to rate this. It's just poor service and I wish Ithat management would do something about it. They have you waiting to get their clocks at the window. By making the people stay way back there and line when at the first they supposed to do. As of the Burger King on the service road is great in West Memphis. Arkansas, the one on Broadway is horrible."

"Food was good, the cashier was nice but the 2nd window person to pass out the food, this young lady was rude, unfriendly & should'nt be allowed to work in customer service!! It really makes Burger King/ Managers look kinda not concerned"

"Just came through drive through and I had a large order I must admit. As I was giving my order the lady interrupted me and asked me if I was finished, so rude. I replied, “apparently not I’m still speaking” and from there all down hill. I approached the first window and her attitude was even worse. I ask for management and she walked away. I pulled up to next window to ask for manager and she came to window like she was intimidating me. I spoke to manager who I could tell from his reaction I was wasting my time. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have the skill to do it, I didn’t apply for this job you did, so please do it properly. IJS"
