"Had a chance to spend a lovely afternoon at this science center, which is packed with interactive exhibits for the kids and alike. There is a great emphasis on space exploration, due to the University's involvement in this field, but also ample other fields highlighted. I would have missed the downstairs interactive space had I not heard others talking about it, so it is also worth checking out. The planetarium is an old-school fun experience, although I found that the Tucson Skies talk was a little general in nature, but that is probably to cater various audiences. I had a bit of a mixed bag with customer service. People are super nice, but running special groups along paying customers creates an atmosphere where a full-fare ticket payer may not be valued. But, that's part of the modern running of sights like this."
"Great laser light shows and the science center is great for people of all ages. Has learning games throughout the different exhibits for younger and older children. It is on the floor you enter into as well as a downstairs area that can be accessed by stairs or elevator. Highly recommend as a place to go and enjoy with family or by yourself to get away from the Tucson heat. Also quite a unique date spot."
