I was scheduled at 6:20 p.m. and was not placed in the room until 7:40 p.m. I was not informed of the delay until 7:30 p.m. and wasn't given an estimated time as to when I would be called. The nurse assistant and practitioner were apologetic and offered crackers/ water but a little communication goes a long way."
