"Why do i spend 20 minutes completing the medical form if when I come in I basically have to do it all over again? A 10 am appointment i checked in at 935 finally seen at 1105 for a freaking 5 minute consultation. The facility demands that their time frames are respected, however, my time the patients time is totally disrespected. There are too many facilities available for me to have to accept my time being taking for granted. Not to mention the intake errors that I to correct every visit. I had pleasant contact with the young lady, that gave me my covid shot and paperwork."
"The only good thing about this place was the PA that saw me for 6 minutes. She was kind and provided great care. The same can’t be said for the rest but of the people that work there. I filled out my forms online to “make my wait time shorter” but was still in the building for an hour and 20 minutes. I was in the exam room for 20 minutes when a nurse went in there and said l“I didn’t know anyone was in here.”. It took them another 25 minutes to get someone to take my blood pressure and temperature. After my consult with the PA I was told to wait for my paperwork before leaving. I waited another 20 minutes before walking out without my paperwork. I took my siblings here for a checkup a while ago as well and one needed a vaccine. To cut the story short, they didn’t bother to ask for names and vaccinated the wrong one. Only come here if you’re absolutely desperate for medical care."
"I love the fact that Mountain Park has late appointments. I got a physical at 6 PM which is amazing and I got excellent care. The doctor actually sat down and talk to me. I was not rushed or felt rushed. everything was clean the front desk people were pleasant. I work very long hours but because of the ability to have evening appointments I too can prioritize my health. Thank you Mountain Park."
"I was treated with respect and the nurse was very nice and I could tell she enjoyed her job. My doctor asked me questions and let me explain, she asked me questions about my medical history and asked me if I was current with my immunizations and asked me if I wanted to take the shots for what I was not updated for. She was very nice and I actually felt good from the time I got there to the time I left."
