"After a 3k deposit (upfront) we were told that our tax relief would be a very easy case. 6 years later, we just ended up paying the IRS what was due. Brandon was useless. Save your money and just download the forms yourself. What he basically charges you for is to fill out forms. Who knows what happens afterwards. He never returns calls, and always has an excuse why he can’t be reached. He rents a room in Tempe at a law office. He is not a lawyer! Please save your self the headache and find someone who is willing to work for the money you give him."

"There was initially some miscommunication when I originally contacted Brandon and his team. He was going on vacation right after I left my documents with him; however after we sorted out the issues he was courteous, professional and completed my tax return in 24 hours. He is a bit hard to reach via telephone, however (being a texter myself) he responds very quickly via text message. The price to file (both print/e-file) are much better than what you'll find at big name shops like H&R Block-- a little more than if you did it yourself with Turbo Tax or the like, however you have the guarantee that Brandon will do it right and get you the most money possible. Overall I am happy with the experience. The miscommunication was a fault with myself and a little bit on his behalf, but once that was resolved it was smooth sailing. Thank you Brandon and team!"
