"We have used the pool tender for about a year, when we were told that the service person cleaned our pool under the solar cover, although he clearly did not. Then, we checked the chemicals, and they were completely off, although the service person claimed to have put the chemicals in just a few days earlier. My complaint email was not answered, and after about another week, I got a very friendly phone call saying that they will send me a check to make up for the work that was not done the last months. Unfortunately, that check never arrived, so we have had no service for who knows how long, and all promises were empty, and nothing ever happened. We are more than disappointed about this deeply unprofessional behavior."

"Amazing service! I asked Rick to come out and check our spa / pool heater as it was not working. Rick phoned me and stated he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. It was a simple electric issue that was loose. He could of told us it was a major repair but gave us the HONEST truth. It is for this reason, we have had The PoolTender maintain our pool for over 10 years. They have nothing to hide and only provide the best service. Thanks for taking care of our pool. George"
