"Very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for over a month and when I show up they tell me I don't have insurance (which I do) and tell me they tried to call but I got no message or voice-mail or even a text thru there messaging service which I have with them. I drove 2 hours and my husband took the day off just to be there all the while I have a chronic illness that makes me heat intolerant and I can't handle stress or it can kill me and the receptionist has the nerve to laugh af me when I'm there to see them because I have stuff prolapsing out my vagina and haven't been able to sit upright in a chair for over 3 months.Very disappointed and I won't be going back. And I will be telling all u know what an unprofessional place this is. I have visited this office multiple times now and have been disappointed greatly. All they care about is money and not the patient at all. Do not go to them!!!"
