"Went for stomach bug and several other symptoms pointing to a possible infection but ended up blaming it on my diet and said to lay off hot foods and sugary drinks (which i dont even eat much of they just assumed). They tested me for strep and mono which even i know my symptoms couldn't be related to that. Later, I went to the hospital and sure enough i had an infection and was suffering with severe dehydration."

"At this El Rio Southeast clinic, I sauntered over to the blood labs check-in counter. To my dismay, there was a complete lack of any indication as to where patients should sign in or where to form a line. Clearly, this information was too trivial for the inept individuals behind the counter, who were too engrossed in their mesmerizing computer screens to offer any assistance. Suddenly, another man approached the counter after I'd been waiting for a couple minutes to be called. Lo and behold, the ladies behind the counter, oblivious to my existence, kindly offered to aid him and patiently guided him through the process. Utterly flabbergasted, I couldn't help but wonder if I had turned invisible or become some sort of insignificant specter. It is abundantly clear that this particular clinic, despite its obvious lack of cataract treatment, has managed to hire not one, not two, but three ladies who would greatly benefit from such services. It's a pity they can't see past their computer screens to properly attend to all patients in need."

"The care in healthcare is non-existent with this facility. 45 mins before my sons appointment, we receive a call that Dr. Emel is out sick. We are 10 mins out from the parking lot. We were advised he can do a phone appointment. The nurse calls with pre- questions around 8:50AM then indicates she will send a link for the virtual 9am. The link never shows up on my phone. At 9:20 AM the Medical Assistant Carmen calls and says the doctor has recorded this appointment as a “No Show” because my son never got on the call. WE NEVER GOT A LINK!!! You Dr. Emel was the “no show”. If we answered each time, why wouldn’t we activate the link for the appointment. The excuse is “well the nurse shows the link was sent” The initial incompetence of this office is scary. My son is on so many meds he can barely stay awake and function. The earliest in-person appt is the following Friday. He has to wait an entire week!!! Is there any oversight on how this place operates? Are grievances addressed?"

"I have found this location very helpful and kind. I am here for behavioral health /psychological. I have also gotten general labwork done blood-test and stuff and appreciate the speed and verbosity and detailed reports/elriomychart feedback, I have never had to wait long here, I also want to thank the pharmacy there, even when I had a srepthroat awhile ago I had to go back and fourth from my usual pharmacies trying to get antibiotics that were covered I have had none of those issues here, for somebody with somewhat limited transportation this is a huge plus. The elriomychart app is amazing as well. Thanks everyone."
