"STAY AWAY. Terrible sense of customer service. No attention to detail. New set of Dip nails started chipping the very next day, eventually causing two of my newly grown out natural nails to break. I saw the tech rushing through the steps, not putting enough primer on but what did I know? She was the alleged expert. WRONG. When I went in to have them fixed, they only wanted to repair the obviously broken nails -- not all the nails with hairline fractures or better yet the whole set since their shoddy work was everywhere and caused my own nails to break! The manager said she'd have to charge me to replace the set because it wasn't fair to her employee. They have no concern for customers. Take your business elsewhere; I sure did!"
