"Waited 2 weeks for our appointment, was given an estimate well within our budget as well as a promise that it would get back to us in a timely manner. So far this shop hasn’t kept their word on anything. In fact, they charged hundreds more than the highest end of the quote AND took several days longer than expected. They couldn’t find my keys at pick up and my car battery was dead when they finally did find the keys. I would add more details and list more of the minor inconveniences but frankly I’ve wasted enough time on this shop. Save your time, save your money, go elsewhere."
"On the way back from the Picacho Peak hiking, I found the bottom cover hanging underneath the car because of the loose bolt. We stopped by Pierce Auto. They found the problem and fixed it right away. While waiting in the office, I saw many its loyal customers coming in with trust. When I asked how much to pay, they insisted that it is free for such a small problem. I am so touched by the honest and courtesy given to me. You guys made my day!"
"Hit a pothole and absolutely destroyed one of my tires coming back late one evening... towed to Pierce, and these guys had a full set at the shop and installed in less than 24 hours (it was probably about time to replace the other 3 anyway). Incredible work by Trevor and the team. Great service, quick turnaround, and extremely competitive pricing. I'd take my vehicles back any day -- so glad to have a home-town shop! Plus, they're backed by Napa, so work and parts are warrantied nationally. Can't beat it!"
