"After leaving my pressure washer with Vince for him to repair, seven weeks later he had not even touched it. I went to pick it up and the wand and sprayer were missing and when I got home I checked out the rest. The spark arrestor was missing and no telling what else he took off and replaced with old parts....Very, very unreliable and you can judge for yourself what kind of person this is!!! not trustworthy!!!!!!!"

"Took my wood chipper in for repair, found owner asleep in his office and a garage full of units needing repair. It will be 'next week' before he can get to my repair. Waited two weeks, then called him. It'll be the end of next week before he can get to it. Waited until "the end of next week" and went down there. Found Vinnie asleep in his chair in the office again. Hasn't got to it yet, it'll be "next week." Nope, I loaded it up (Vinnie helped me) and brought it home. I won't take anything back there again."
