"Very poor customer service. Scheduled work at very high proposed pricing with no guarantee on quality or results of work as disclaimer reads on the bid. Then the foreman shows up the day of the scheduled work and he doesn't feel like its going to take a full day, he cancels the job and walks out. Customer service training needed badly. Not a dependable company."

The work done by David, crew supervisor and his crew was not only professional but very customer oriented. David took the time to explain each of the restoration steps of the project and answered my questions fully.
