"Business in Parker, AZ - Called in only to change dumpster size. Had to pay to exchange container. Nothing else was to change!!! Poor Customer Service Rep Laura G. on 07/20/20 changed pick-up from 4 times and month, to once a month, did not disclose a "Grandfather policy" therefore pricing went up for a smaller dumpster with less pick ups. They would not correct this error and did not listen to her recorded phone conversation regarding this matter. They just go off the email which is not even legible. Extremely POOR Company!"
