"Got a pinch flat on a trail in quartsite on my dirt bike. I brought just my rim in to get my tube changed out. The parts and service guys and gals were great about getting me in and taken care of when they closed in a hour. The finance manager Dana and sales manager Tom were awesome and informative and showed me around some toys i was interested in. I spent around $170 at the shop. Everything was great except when I got my black d.i.d dirt star rim back there were two huge scratches from the tire spoons from the install. I do all my own work but tube install because I want to avoid scratching it myself. They gave me two liters of yamalube oil about $20 value on the house for the mistake as they were closed and couldn't refund me. I appreciate them doing something but really doesnt make up for it and I stilI paid over $60 for the tube and install. Now I have a scratched rim on my super clean 2023 KTM 300 Erzbergrodeo edition which really sucks. Its a $500 dollar rim. That tech really should of done better as it's avoidable. They should of done better to compensate me for it as well."
