"I came in looking for some lumber today, and the lady at the counter was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I got outside to get loaded, the guy was extremely nice. While he was cutting my plywood, an older guy came up and wasn't so nice. He said 1 cut is all they do, and I should have paid for it and that I should at least tip the guy. First of all, no one told me that or I would have paid for it, and I planned on tipping, but after being told to, I didn't really want to, but it wasn't the 1st guys fault."

"We came to return a Valve for a sprinkler system due to it was not threaded correctly making it have a weak spot for leakage under a pressurized system. We found one that was threaded correctly and the gentleman that helped took them off the shelf the defective ones. While at the counter the lady said it didn’t make a difference how it was on there it would still work and said it twice… WELL LAST TIME I CHECKED ITS MY SYSTEM AND WHEN I BUY NEW PARTS FOR THAT SYSTEM THEY DONT NEED TO HAVE A DEFINITIVE PART. If that is great for her property but not mine. She needs to keep her opinion to herself unless otherwise asked. Won’t be back!!!! Horrible personality. Sorry you had to interrupt your day and ring me out! Hopefully if I do go there again you are not there!!!!"

"This is a great local hardware store and I always get taken care of when I go here. The men and women in the store are very knowledgeable and I can normally find what I need. For a small town of Parker Arizona it’s a great place to stop in for a few things. They also have ice in front of the store if needed. I can always get the guys in the yard to cut the wood to size,I don’t even need a saw. Family friendly place."
