"Was there for the past week. Overall our stay was fine but we had to ask for shower soap, as it was empty. And the kleenex ran out by the second day. I swear there was only like 5 tissue in there and they never replaced. They also did not take out kitchen trash. We only had housekeeping come in once, mid week so I just would have hoped they would have done a better job. But location was great. An abundance of shops, restaurants and things to do, close by!"
"The staff was very courteous. I locked myself out of my room and they gave me another key after verifying my identity. They fixed issues that I reported. The rooms were not very sound proof and the heavy doors slammed loudly. The room was clean and spacious. They served a good breakfast. The gym was in the hotel next door which seems odd, but worked."
"Decent for a less expensive place to stay. Housekeeping didn't stop by Daily with fresh towels and coffee. But It happens. Isn't the best, but isn't the worse. Close to the stadium, food and shopping."
"Nice location within stadium walking distance and close restaurant choices. Rooms are pretty nice and helpful staff. Only thing is that we got a two bedroom suite, there were four doors between the bedrooms and bathrooms and only one of the four doors would actually close."
"I would not recommend this hotel. There is no attention to detail whatsoever and the staff was rude and lazy. Practically had to wake the guy up at the front desk when we checked in around midnight. The facility is relatively new but has quickly fallen into disrepair. Grab bars in both elevators were just hanging off for the 4 days we stayed here. The pool was insane. People had powered speakers on the pool deck blasting salsa music, kids were jumping off a large fountain into the pool and the staff just walked by several times and didn’t say word. The kicker was the clerk at the front desk was not being very accommodating to the guest who wanted to book 2 rooms for 2 months. Overall our room was actually pretty clean"
