"They decline my medication and I said to stop taking over me and they kicked me out. They are very rude and take things personally. I even think they are raciest. I’m Never coming back. They have low reviews I see I guess I should have read these before. I was a dedicated customer with a big family and they don’t like frustrated people."

"I can understand how a pharmacy may not have every prescription on file. Not having it on file for weeks, not providing any notification, and giving false information is less understandable; especially when federal regulations make it difficult to transfer prescriptions. The reason I say I received false information is if two people tell me different things either one of them is incorrect or both are."

"My experience was especially appalling as I am a prescriber and understand the system - I opted to ask my physician to prescribe here given Fry's is now regularly taking 2 days to fill and the GoodRx price was better. My physician prescribed a medication on Thursday afternoon, and when my wife went to pick it up at noon on Friday she was notified they had just received the order and would fill in half an hour. Half an hour of waiting later, she was informed they were out of stock by the rude tech. We were heading out of town so she picked up the next week and the GoodRx price for the exact medication was 1/5 of what she ended up paying but at this point I needed the medication and didn't have a choice. I just got off the phone with the pharmacist who said my wife said the price was better than Fry's - untrue. I understand the policy of not accepting unopened returned bottles (same quantity marked on the bottle, not a custom amount), which is convenient for stunts like this. Management doesn't accept responsibility, makes no attempt to make things right. Why would they? Corporate ethics at its best."

"I've had my physician start sending my prescriptions to Fry's. Every month, for 6 months at least, half of my prescriptions couldn't be filled because they didn't have the stock. And the staff had no idea when the medications would be back in stock. So I'm done getting prescriptions filled here. I won't be back. Neither will members of my family.And I'm over the mask thing. I get how it works. I've been an RN for 36 years."

"I’ve never had a problem with this pharmacy, I always fill my prescriptions before I need to so it doesn’t put unnecessary strain on the staff if I’m out and I’m not having to ask them to rush anything. When I’ve had to call in to refill prescriptions they’re very nice on the phone and are always helpful. Have been going here for years and and very happy with the service and staff."
