"My sister and I were in town visiting family, and we dropped in one morning as walk-ins. We received a warm welcome by the owners and were provided with our services immediately. We enjoyed our experience and were even given a restaurant recommendation. These folks have been in business for 17 years and are responsibly priced."

"Very disappointed in this establishment, when I walked in The first thing I said to them was that I was in the hospital and rehab for the last month and a 1/2 and I was unable to get my nails done. And it had been about 10 weeks since the last time I went. And I had walked in using a Walker. The woman of GV nails immediately tells me that I need to go every 2 weeks and have my nails done that I cannot let them go any longer. Apparently she did not understand when I told her I was in a rehab facility trying to get better for the last month and a 1/2. Then she asked me how I wanted my nails done and I told her I wanted them rounded and at some point she passed me off to I'm guessing her husband. When he again asked me how I wanted. My nails done not only did I tell him rounded but I pointed to the picture and he says OK you want rounded and he did them squared. I was just really upset by this time. That he couldn't even get the rounded part done correctly. when I paid She overcharged me by $10 and then said I sorry I give you cash back. So she gave me the $10 back. And that was it I left but I was very upset. And here it is, 3 weeks later and. My nails since I left there have not been done properly. The edges are sharp and jagged. I've had to use a buffer here at home to try and smooth out the edges. So this is not a place that I will be going back to. They are demanding and don't listen. I hope they don't treat everybody this way."

"I can’t recommend this nail salon. This pedicure is 2 days old. The gentleman that did my pedicure was trying get something out of the polish with tweezer during the pedicure and this is what I was left with. Although an obvious flaw with the pedicure itself, I would not be leaving a review about this alone. When I was paying I put the gel pedicure ($50.00) on a credit card and asked them to break a $20 so I could leave a cash tip. The woman handed me back two fives, When I said” I gave you a $20”, she replied “he is my husband” (the man who did my pedicure). So she just decided my tip was going to be $10.00 for a bad and overpriced pedicure. I am always a generous tipper but no one is going to decide for me how much I am going to tip. This happened 2 days ago and I actually can’t stop thinking about the audacity of this woman. Another side note this woman does not stop talking. Even asked how much I bought my house for (didn’t ask what neighborhood) just wanted to know how much I paid. I thought that was strange and very intrusive. I won’t be back."

"This elder couple did a wonderful job. John did my French manicure and pedicure perfectly as an artist. They take their time because they want it done just right. John gave me a great gentle leg and foot massage not like the hard, robotic ones in a larger place. So very welcoming with their cutie Coco dog. Small but great owners. Give them a huge shout out for being seniors still doing a fine job. Thanks Sister and John."
