The front desk was a privilege to work and Angelique holds the fort extremely well. Mike and Katy are amazing managers and absolutely hear every patient or staff concern. "Expensive billing. Jessica the wound care provider made me bleed terribly and each week no progress after 6 months. New home provider has been excellent. Every week wound has improved and onto to skin grafts already and very affordable after 2 months. So grateful for my wound nurse at NW wound care."

"They want you to be there for your appointment a half hour early. Then I waited an hour before they gave me treatment. I don't recommend tmc wound care. The staff is very rude. Also I asked for bandages and they refused me"

"I was a patient at wound care for several months. I received a billing statement from a third party diagnostic lab. This lab charges are being denied because TMC did not receive pre-certification approval from my insurance provider. I have been spending hours of my time for the last 3+ months trying to get this resolved. Insurance and lab have told me all that needs to be done is have TMC(provider)call insurance authorization department and this could be resubmitted for insurance. On multiple calls, TMC has told me their bill has been paid(by both my insurance and myself) for this date of service, so they won’t do anything to help with the third party lab. Highly frustrated as I didn’t even know they had taken a specimen, much less that it was being sent to a third party lab. Now because bill shows zero balance for them(TMC) they truly don’t care and won’t address the issue."

"I had the pleasure of being referred to TMC Wound Care Clinic and encountering all the lovely individuals there who work so hard to heal their patients ailments. First of all, my tech Michael was absolutely wonderful and did everything possible to make me comfortable every time. He was so gentle and attentive, I got very attached to him. I had a myriad of nurses over the several months and they were all wonderful and kind. They really took the time to do things right and listened to my concerns, answered my questions. The receptionists were very skilled and professional, Vanessa and Jade are so friendly and good at what they do. I'm gonna miss seeing all these people. If you're looking for a clinic that will treat you right, I can highly recommend this one.
