"They basically said “Just deal with it”. Not the place to go to if you’re requiring education on your condition so you can prevent it from getting worse. They will not take you seriously. Might as well just google it. I don’t get it, why do we come see Drs if they’re just going to tell us the same information seen online? Waste of my time. Also lack of empathy is alarming. Like I’m in pain and it’s affecting my everyday life. But ok. I’ll just “deal with it.”"

"I was under the impression that this doctor could diagnose and treat issues affecting joints. The appointment was made referencing 1 joint-because there is no option to select more than 1 joint- the assistant would not look at any other joint. Therefore, the diagnoses was limited 1 one joint instead of looking into the bigger picture of what might be going on when multiple joints are affected. for example: if one knee was one of many joints experiencing pain and swelling with the same symptoms, then the diagnosis is meniscus…that does not explain the same symptoms in the hip. That would be an incomplete and inaccurate diagnoses for failure to look beyond 1 joint. Obviously I have no meniscus in my hip…so what’s really going on? Quick to mask the pain by offering a steroid injection- but nothing else."

"I see Dr. Petrow and Dr. Juan at this department. They are my hip doctors and take very good care of me. My surgery was May-23. I was 54 at the time. I see one of them or both for my two year annuals. They are wonderful and I am always happy to see them and my learn about my progress and future goals. Surgery for me was the first time and a bit scary. The entire staff was most professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and top of their field when I had my hip replaced. I feel very good being in their care which is so rare for me to say about a businessthe but the staff, facility, and overall environment has always been a good positive experiences whenever I visit.
