We provide recommendations on the best treatment options for you, and you can complete necessary paperwork ahead of time for a smoother check-in process. While most of our patients come to us through physician referrals, you can also see a physical therapist without a referral in Arizona. We will gladly file insurance claims on your behalf and work with you to ensure a smooth billing process.
Your initial evaluation will help us create a personalized program for your recovery, and we recommend arriving early for your first visit to fill out any necessary paperwork. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended for your visits, which typically last 60-90 minutes. The frequency of your visits will be determined after the evaluation, with most patients having three visits scheduled per week.
