"So pulled up to this place and thought it was going to be amazing. As a facility is great. What a great piece of property with an incredible view. They have not updated this place in 30 years and just take a look at the photos. AC has been out all day And the whole room stinks like mold. Even the front desk people like yeah you can get out because we know these rooms need to be updated. I would avoid staying here unless you like blue light special. I don’t want to know what I am stepping on."
"Love this resort for its beauty, pool, food & service. We were there for a week, and the views were just breathtaking! The pool was wonderful with great service and everything we ordered was delicious. Very relaxed vibe & everyone was so friendly & helpful. Only criticism I have was the housekeeping situation. If you did not call down every day or chase down the girls with the housekeeping carts, you would not get your room cleaned. But the staff who answered my calls sent towels immediately when we needed them. Very happy & I would still give this resort 5 stars & we will stay here again!!"
"My wife and I spent a kid free night here while visiting family. The resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the lobby piano player immensely. The food was fantastic. Every single staff member was attentive, helpful and friendly. Can't recommend this resort enough, we will return for sure."
"We had a lovely and enjoyable stay here at this unique property. Rooms were nice and spacious with comfortable beds. The grounds are quite big so you can have a nice walk in and around the property. We had a lovely view from our balcony. I would definitely recommend to stay here."
"We stayed over the weekend as a last minute getaway and had a great time! The pool area was great for our two kids ages 4 and 6, they loved the water slide and main pool. The staff is extremely friendly and service was excellent! The location is amazing, a few minutes from in/out burger and Target. There is also an upscale mall just a few minutes away called Encantada, great place to let the kids run and grab dinner. The rooms are a bit dated as some of the other reviews suggest but overall the resort is well cared for and very clean!"
