"I cried my eyes out walking to my car after my 65th (last) appointment at Camelback Sports Therapy. I’ve held in tears many times during my appointments to spare the therapists the drama (tears of relief and gratitude). In 2014 I sustained a freak injury that disfigured my upper body that I would go on to seek years of help for. After turning 29 years old I knew I had to fight for myself and try out the doctors/specialists again. I never imagined how hard it was going to be, but every time I came into your clinic, it was like an extension of home to me. I knew I belonged there at this time in my life. I was in insurmountable pain when I started PT again that I couldn’t fully comprehend at the time, but at different points throughout my therapy, Riley, Eric and Olivia were there to meet where I was at. I can’t fully put into words the difference it has made for the rest of my life, the quality of my life. When we were met with fear and apprehension at the beginning, Riley’s attitude helped shift my focus. When we were met with atrophied muscles and severe mobility issues, Eric and Olivia’s manual work changed my life. Eric’s dry humor and Olivia’s sensitive nature helped me through the most painful parts of my therapy. The positive and focused attitudes of every other employee. "I recently completed my therapy on my second rotator surgery, the second shoulder was much worse than the first but my surgery and healing process was much better than the first. I had a different Surgeon and I believe that made a difference as well but Connor and Jen at CST were very attentive and really new my file each and every time I had an appointment. I went to a different business the first time and until CST I did not know what was missing. I was given a massage at the site most of the sessions and Never was I massaged at the other place. I believe this was very instrumental in my healing process and breaking up the cartilage that can be restricting movement. My goals going in were met and in much shorter time than the first and with far better results in movement that is pain free! This shoulder the surgeon originally thought was going to need a "Reverse Shoulder Rebuild" look that up SCARY....! so I Had seven holes and a slice under my armpit 5 inches long. When I first took off the bandages I said ohh I am so Scr....d but not the case. I was moving more faster and and heavier in far less time that my first shoulder with only 3 holes for entry and nothing cut under my arm. Connor and Jen kept pushing and changing up the regimen and now I have about 95% movement and still improving with the time. Thanks to Connor Jen and the team at CST I feel I am going to be as 100% as possible. A job well done!"
