"Came in to have my battery and check engine light tested. The young man who helped me was absolutely amazing! He was very kind, patient, and professional. He not only helped me get a new battery with a warranty, but he even helped me replace the fuel engine cap as well. I know nothing about cars and he was so helpful and very knowledgeable. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at an Auto Zone. I’m definitely coming back to this location next time I need something for my car. The team here is amazing! Thanks guys! :)"

"I honestly don’t know what happen at this location. They recently hired a bunch of new people at this location and completely all of them act as if they don’t know what they are doing. I went in to this location because I literally live three minutes away from here to return the pump that went bad only for their employees and their manager to say they couldn’t find my warranty Alex on the other hand at the location on 19th Ave. in Buckeye found it in four seconds, I don’t know if these guys are lazy or what I blame myself for not having my receipt but then again, I don’t blame myself clearly Autozones data holds all of their employees warranty information. Shame on you guys nothing but poor customer service. I’m not too sure. Who is the manager here but you need to train your staff to look up warranties. I’m tired of having to come to this location only to be treated as if me being a loyal customer. Nothing long story short came here to return a part that failed only for them to ask very careless, and not properly look for my warranty on their computer system. I will be going back, and I will be letting their main supervisor know what happened. This will get addressed"
