"Besides the fact of being located in Maryville, staff so very unprofessional and rude. I go in the store and staff greets Mexicans and didn't get no greeting. Second I was at the book looking up my oil number and not one but 2 employees came right besides me. I turned around and they weren't even hovering no one else. They did ask the other customers if they needed help. I left my basket at the register and let them know they were rude and taking my business somewhere else. What upset me more was that as I was walking out she does tells me "to have a great evening." By the way, if you are carrying a purse or manpurse(for the men) you HAVE to leave it at front counter. I sure hope they get better employees with better attitudes."

"Bring your tools if your gonna change out a battery this store needs lots of work for customer service I understand they can only do so much. Also their check engine scanner works sometimes and sometimes they say it doesn't work so I don't know what to believe so I highly recommend to take your vehicle to a mechanic and one last thing if you take your battery to charge only "one" of there chargers work so there's no guarantee you'll have a charged battery in a couple hours"

"EMPLOYEES. STRAIGHT THUGS IN HERE. I am a highly reviewed reviewer on yelp. Over 4.3 thousand people read my reviews and I’ve helped 5 companies boost theirs stats after leaving THEM reviews. My reviews are VERY lengthy because anything short obviously isn’t a TRUE REVIEW. After the services experienced with this location and over the phone at that I wouldn’t recommend shopping for parts or anything at this store. They don’t even deserve 1 star. The deserve a zero star review. The employees are very disrespectful and the manager allows this because she is just as disrespectful. Called this location twice to be out on hold. The third time they actual answered. I was relieved, only to be asked can you hold, before giving an answer I was placed on hold. At first I didn’t mind because they had actually answered the phone this time. But after waiting 15 to 20 minutes to be taken off of hold, I hung up and called back and asked to speak to the manager. A woman answer this time and she said this is her. I explained the situation explain how rude her employee was, and she told me “mmmmhm OK” and hung up the phone as if she could care less.. Purely honestly from the bottom of my heart I could not make any of this up. I called the store back, and the first employee answered irritated because it was the same person who had called at least 5 times. tried to argue with me, yelling at me over the phone, and then told me to pull up because he wanted to fight? I come from a Christian household and I am a firm believer in treat people how you want to be treated. I have worked over 15 Temporary/Seasonal jobs in the past seven years and half of them being customer service. I have never once disrespected anyone and if I was not continuously working at the job, it’s because I decided to leave myself, not because I was fired, but because I wasn’t treated how I wished to be treated. Respectfully, if you cannot handle your job and you do not like the customers, you just shouldn’t work there. Find something that fits you. Because definitely customer service isn’t for you. The whole crew needs to be replaced in the manager needs to be fired. never being offered a job in customer service again. I always shop on 27th Ave. in Camelback, this location never has what I’m looking for, but they always put me into the directions to go and get it. It’s not their fault that their location is the busiest location in Phoenix, and they’re line stretches out the door. Seriously ,like I can’t never get what I want from the store but I always leave satisfied. Why is that?? Because, Customer service matters. I don’t give a damn what you sell….."
