"Should be 0 stars. Online says the pharmacy closes at 8. The store says they close at 6. I got there at 545 to pick up meds and they were already closing and sent a bunch of us packing, including a few elderly that really needed their meds. I'll never use this location again."
"I'd like to ditto the other negative experiences about the pharmacy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Wait time for a simple Rx pick up was over 15 mins. This was after it was already filled. They give priority to the drive thru and not the customers inside the store. They are also undergoing a large renovation inside the store, with loud hammer drills and constant noise being made. Truly unfortunate place."
"James the manager has the worst customer service. It's crazy that CVS let's this guy actually have an interaction with customer. My wife just wanted a replacement CVS card and when she asked he rolled his eye huffed and spun the screen around for her to input her info. After completing the form he rung her up and didn't say another word. Pointed to the screen for the total and took the cash and put the receipt in the bag never said another word... I didn't know these CVS cards were such a big deal..."
