"This is my place of choice for my vehicles to receive its maintenance. Great customer service with Wassek running the front office. Wassek really cares for his customers, and provides good information with vehicle issues. Recently, I had my brakes and rotors replaced and the pricing was very reasonable. The experience is awesome. If you are not taking your car to Xpress Automotive, you may be doing your car a disservice. Get the proper service for your car, take it to Xpress Automative."

"Not impressed. My first visit I was told there was a leak that was too hard to determine but the oil change was done anyway. I would think resolving the leak would supersede the oil change but what do I know. Then I was told they would need to wash the undercarriage to find the leak. They charged me for the washing and then told me to come back so they could see more clearly. I am busy - my time is valuable. Horrible customer service, I was made to feel like his schedule was far more important than mine and that I was sitting around. So there’s no way to properly diagnose a leak without this back and forth? Seems like either this place doesn’t have the proper tools or lacks the skills to properly service cars. Or I was being charged for my ignorance. If so that’s pretty unethical. I wouldn’t go here. A mechanic should be able to diagnose your cars issues without having to return 3 times."
