"I was just there ... a long time Customer ... I might add that ... I was a Retail Floor Manager for Borders Books Biltmore and did Cash Reconciliation . ( I am not a hobo just 'older' and ride a nice' bicycle ) ... you know?? ... Retirees do that ? I was asked to leave my small store bag on the ground near the Security Guard ( no issue if it is policy ) So I walked to pick up some Coffee and noticed the customer ahead of me with a DD's bag ... and told the Security Guard that ... he said ... "yeah I didn't tell her." To me that was bigotry or something ... I just went to Fry's ... got my Folgers and I just wanted the Security Guard that I paid back my Loan to ASU 35 years ago . But nice "uniform" ... dollar general ??"

"Now it's the Pharmist RAYNA, the Indian lady? Told it would take 8 hours to fill a script and was shamed by her for taking my scripts, extremely rude. AMY, another Pharmacist there is nice and sweet. I beg District Manager to manage and staff the store better. This pharmacy barely ever answers the phone, sometimes hangs up the calls, and always ignores calls. Your only choice is to go and wait in person. Managment of this location is severely lacking with high turnover too. How hard is it for management to just call and see for themselves and tell the staff to pick up the phone?"

"Went inside and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while all three employees stood gossiping at the photo counter. Even the security guard looked surprised at their steadfast refusal to even acknowledge my existence. I walked out. Terrible experience, I'll never stop here again and don't recommend anyone else do either, spend your money elsewhere."

"I guess it's against the law to look around at this CVS. I'm just browsing, killing some extra time I had and manager literally yelled at me down the isle and asked me "are you going to want any help or not." My shopping experience went to very upset as I'm being yelled at by staff like some child. I immediately left. I will not spend my money where I'm getting yelled at by employees. CVS should really invest in having their employees complete some kind of customer service training. Here's the real icing on the cake. As I'm leaving the manager then accuses me of stealing. Let's just say myself, family and friends will never be shopping at this location and every other CVS ever again."

"The 1 hour waits are ridiculous, the techs ignore the customer's presence even when they can see that there is a long line, they stand there as if they are in lala land. Cvs you need to fix this because it's very unprofessional let your pharmacy employees know that it's ok to acknowledge customers and to tell them it's going to be 2 or 3 hours before the prescription is ready, also you may need. Arrived at this pharmacy 1 min after closing and they couldn't just give me my medicine that I'm out of that i.need."
