"I absolutely love this place and Dr. Nguyen! It is true that there can be a wait before you’ll see the doctor, but those people fail to mention that when the doctor sees you, he actually listens and spends time to understand whatever you may have going on so that he may help. The doctor is there 6 days a week and leaves time open for walk-ins in the event you have something serious that needs to be checked out immediately. On my first appointment, the doctor gave me his cellphone number and said, “I’m here to serve you. If something is going on, call me.” I’ve been to many doctors in my time and the majority see you for a few seconds and vanish. Either that or they get you in and out, sending you off with a prescription that doesn’t solve the problem. When my previous employment was coming to an end, I explained my situation to the doctor because I was concerned about not having an insurance they’d accept, and in the interim, not having insurance at all. He assured me that he serves me, not the insurance companies, and that if I need to be seen during the time in between, we’ll figure something out. It’s beyond wild to see anyone say “All they care about is your money” when that’s the reassuring response I was given to my circumstance. As long as this doctor practices in Tucson, I’m not going anywhere else. My girlfriend is now a patient of his and between both of our families, more are likely to switch over. If a wait time means that I’m seen by someone that ACTUALLY cares about and listens to their patients, that’s a price I’ll pay over and over again in order to get the medical attention I need."

"Dr Nguyen is one of the best doctors we have ever had. He works Sat as well to accommodate working people and only charges minimum to none for people who can't afford to pay. He and his wife even pays extra medical insurances instead of signing up for Medicare, because he wants to keep it solvent. He really cares for his patients."
