Happy Kids Pediatrics

"Parking is terrible. Additionally, it's frustrating how appointments with happy kids often lead to delays of up to 20 minutes. Then, being stuck in the exam room for 45 minutes is just ridiculous. I've visited the Mesa, Tempe, and Thomas locations, and none of them seem to update insurance information properly, despite providing it. They also fail to cover full names on the sign-in sheet, which is a HIPAA violation. When I try to address these issues, the response is often a generic apology or gossip about me in the patient rooms, assuming I don't speak Spanish. I appreciate hiring inexperienced staff, but proper training in PPI, HIPAA, and protocol is essential. I hope Dr. Carrasco notices these concerns because he's an excellent doctor, but his management team and office staff need improvement."

"Took my daughters for shots an physical waite 2 hours doctor walk in the room did not now my daughter medical history even though they been her pediatrics since birth took 10 minutes an check ears belly heart ok she’s good no mention of her shots one of them has seizures she has a cold dr walk out with out give her any rx nothing there fine bye worst experience ever even my daughters agree I walk out an will never be there again"

"The worst front staff which is to be predicted. But the doctors are possibly worst. My son has been seen multiple times here since he was born and he is 5 now. and they never know who they are dealing with what his history is or why he is being seen. I went in for lab and ultrasound results and the Dr had no idea what they were for when he walked in the room and he said he didnt have lab results when i was clearly called to come in for them. He did not want to give them to me until i had to extend my concern and made it known im not leaving without them. He read them to himself and did not know how to deliver them. He was very unprofessional. I will not be coming back and i will never refer anyone to any happy kids pediatrics again. Super dissatisfied"

"I have been coming here for years only because it is like 5 mins from where I live. I am prepared because every time I come, I have wait 1-2 hours to be seen by a provider. I had my appointment today at 3:30PM and it is now 4:30 and I have not yet been seen. At this point because I will be starting a new job soon, I think I will have to change my children’s pediatricians. I will no longer have the extra time to be waiting. I kept having hope that they would change in this waiting period, but it appears not after coming here for so many years and it’s every single time. I hope this message helps those busy professionals."

"Been going there for almost 17 years. Trusted my daughter and now my son's health to them. They were really good but now I see that they are going very rapidly down hill. Took my son with fever and pain and they were nice especially the doctor, when he was done he said he was going to prescribe antibiotics, and on the way out was told it would take two hours for it to be ready, after 2 hours went to pharmacy was told they had nothing on file so called them only to find out they had no clue and that they would call me which they didn't so want to the clinic asked for paper prescription and was told that doctor was gone and the manager was also gone for the day and the desk person offer no apology or anything and looked bothered like I don't want to be here or just leave we told you they are not here.r3ally bad experience. I don't think I will take my son to them anymore. Now my son is still sick and had to take him somewhere else."
