"I had new tires put on at a shop in Show Low and they discovered that my lower ball joint was bad but didn't have the time to fix the problem. Long story short but I called nearly every shop in Pinetop, Show Low and Springerville and Manuel at Arizona Custom Innovation went above and beyond to help us out. I dropped the car off on a Friday just as he was closing and he was extremely kind, considerate, and professional. He fixed the car the next day (a Saturday) and got us on our way safe and sound. "We were up for the UTV rally and brought our 24' enclosed trailer. Our RV didn't have the controller in the cab for the trailer breaks. Manny and his nephew came to our camp on Friday evening to wire in the control. They did a professional job and they were very polite and took care of the problem quickly. We made it off the mountain with no issues and the trailer breaks worked wonderful. Thank you for the service and when we come back to area and we need a mechanic, Manny is my guy."
