"Poor Customer Service! Looking for touch-up Paint for the Interior of my Home. Sherwin Williams supplies the Builder with their Paint, so you would think a can of touch-up would be an easy task. Wrong! The unfriendly Sales Associate told me that the Paint only comes in a 5-Gallon Bucket! When questioned about mixing a small touch-up Can, I was told that it would never match. Not much effort made. I am going to contact the Builder to see is some can be obtained through them. The Commercials say "Ask Sherwin-Williams", but the answer is to not ask the question in the first place!"
"On September 22nd they promised to get me information about Armor seal floor coating. It's October 2nd I still haven't heard back from them. They are losers. Don't waste your time going to this store."

The staff at Sherwin-Williams are always helpful and pleasant to work with. As a retired senior, pricing is a big deal for me, so I wait for one of your sales to make my major purchases and then the cost is not quite so prohibitive."
