Patients can order their own COVID-19 diagnostic test and schedule an appointment through My Lab ReQuest. They also offer home or business sample collection services for blood tests for a prepayment of $60. Patients are screened for COVID-19 symptoms upon check-in, and appointments are recommended 10-14 days after symptom onset.
