"unfortunate that zero stars are not available. I have spent 10 months dealing with their billing department. They do not know how to follow directions from insurance to get paid and then will turn you over to collections in violation of their contract with insurance."

"Billing problems!!! They don't honor insurance EOB. My physician sent them my lab tests, I did not appoint them as my lab, insurance processed the EOB, but they charged me the whole amount, not patient's liability. Worst billing office!! I will write a complaint to my physician, and insurance. Terrible! If my 2 bills not fixed, I will go to BBB."

"This place needs to fix their billing procedures. My wife just got a $200 bill in the mail turned over to a collection agency for a procedure that was 100% covered through Tri-Care. They never sent a notice or anything and now this will be on her credit report for absolutely no reason."

"Foothills pathology provided services for me in Sept. 2020. Now (March 2021) I am being turned over to a collection agency for non payment. The services were authorized through the VA Community choice program and should be covered by Tri West. They arrange this coverage through the VA. They say they have not been billed. Foothills Pathology says the claim was denied. Their billing service is in Toledo, OH and it's useless to try to call them, you will be on hold forever. Tri West says they are working on it and I should not pay the bill. In the meantime, Foothills pathology will put this nonsense on my credit report. I'm not complaining about their service but beware of their billing procedures."

"My understanding is Foothills Pathology, PC is "the" contracted source for all pathology with Northwest Medical Center here in Tucson, AZ. My wife's pathology was sent to them by the doctor that performed the biopsy at the Women's Center. The doctors have a good reputation with physicians they support. They are the only pathology group nearby and in my wife's insurance network, however they apparently use out of network sub-contractors. Beware of denied claims. However be persistent, the folks with Foothills Pathology, PC seem to be willing to work with insurance companies and the patients to resolve issues."
