"I have been going here for years for my dental needs but the past two years with staff changes I have realized that the level of service I’ve received are not what I was used to. I had been quoted a procedure which was a higher cost than my insurance covered. When I inquired about it, the office manager said they would correct it and call back with a quote that matches my insurance coverage. I never got the call back so I didn’t get the work done. . Secondly, I had a text message about an appointment for cleaning that I had set up months ago. I called them immediately to ask for a sooner appointment as I had a beginning toothache but only got their voicemail. I left a detailed message and did not get a call back. I called again and still got just a recording to leave a message. At this point I decided if I don’t get a call back then I’m done with these people. The quality of customer service is not par for the cost of coming here. Time for a new dental provider. Take care of your patients or we can fine new providers."

"Yikes. This is my 3rd filling on my front tooth that I chipped 30 years ago. The first painful experience and the dentist didn’t even match the shape. They didn’t offer to let me see the filling before which both of the dentist before let me see it. I mean my tooth has a rounded bottom and he made the filling square and crooked and so short it doesn’t even touch the bottom of my teeth. He was like “well I can’t make it longer” yeah no kidding maybe have some good bedside manner and let me see it before you start shortening it?? I wouldn’t let him work on my teeth again. Will have to get it redone."

"My daughter had what appeared to be an abscess and was seen here last year by Dr. Ly. The doctor immediately wanted to pull the tooth and basically scared her to the point she was crying. She ended up cutting the abscess out only to have it come back so she did a root canal. At one point my daughter called me from the office because she was terrified. This doctor told me that there was bone loss but acted like it was no big deal. My daughter was 23 at the time. The lump kept returning. They kept cutting it out and giving antibiotics. She now lives out of state and when the lump returned she went to a dentist. She was immediately sent to an oral surgeon who biopsied this mass which is not a dental abscess. This is a malignancy. It would seem that noting bone loss in an otherwise healthy 23 year old should have warranted a referral to an oral surgeon at the time. I realize this “doctor” is no longer at your practice, and hopefully she doesn’t do this to anyone else."

"I been going to this place for years. My family and I got superb dental care here. They no longer take Cigna HMO, I’m so sad that we have to find another dentist. This place is personable, they hire great dentists. My favorite so far is Reef Chiappetti, DDS if you can see him, you are in good hands. He is very gentle and patient, and his work is great. He is not greedy, like other dentists in this area. He will only recommend work that needs to be done. I cried when I found out that we have to find someone else. We were so blessed to find this place. They really care. Front desk staff is very helpful. Office manager is amazing! I’m going to miss this place."
