"Second time I’ve tried to do business but their workers are too high on Xanax to speak correctly. Idk how I can be pointing to the tires and you say they aren’t available then to say they are 120 when online I just ordered and will be back to pick them up in a hour for $88 a piece. I think the lady at counter just was high and wanted my extra money."
"This has been an awful experience. I ordered my tires Sept. 19th and they were set to arrive Friday the 23rd. I set up an install time ON THE WALMART WEBSITE for 10 A.M. and received an email my tires were there and ready to install. I drive 30 minutes to get there and they have none of my tires nor do they do appointments. So why did I just have to set up an appointment on the website? I now have to call back every day to see if my tires are there and today they have 3 and can't find the 4th. Come on man....at least should of called me and told me my tires weren't there and call me when they arrive instead of me having to call everyday for bad news"
"Worst experience at Walmart Prattville I go and drop off my car at 11 for oil change and to see if they could patch up tire. They said it would be 1 1/2 hours before they could even get to it. I said fine and leave my car. I call back at 1 and the same girl who attended me answers and says it’s ready. I go at 130 to pick up my car. And the whole auto center is closed and locked up. I go around through garden center to go inside. And they are all on lunch. I go around looking for someone to call for help back there to get attended Like how is your whole auto center closed. While there’s cars waiting to get picked up. My car had been ready. They just hadn’t called me until I called them."
