McDonald's

"So this location has good customer service, however the products which were questionable to begin with are now just not worth purchasing. This was stop number two, and they tried to fix the mistake of their sister location south of this establishment. They swapped out my chicken biscuits for mcgriddles and I should have checked before I left but as I'm headed to work, I trusted the process. The chicken patty at this location is equivalent to jerky and is one more sign to stop pretending McDonald's has sufficient and edible food. I will eat the pancakes part as I'm stuck in Huxford at work with no way to get anything else. This is just absolutely absurd to say this is anything more than fried battered jerky. Both locations are super thin and dried out rendering inedible."

"Chaotic and very unfocused. Although there was what seems to be a full staff (5-7 members) their lack of interaction with customers who bothered to enter the establishment was nil. The onsite digital ordering system has totally taken away from the McDonald's customer centered values. The onsite digital system was out of paper, so if you didn't remember your order #, GOOD LUCK.. The bathroom had absolutely NO SOAP and needed serious attention.. Between that and the over salted burgers I was beyond upset."

"This place is horrible. First we sat at drive-thru for about 5 minutes before anyone took our order. After we ordered and paid they told us to wait at the end of the building for our order. A few minutes later our order came and they forgot to put mayo on my burger and the fries were cold and chewy. My husband pulled around to go inside to request mayo and fresh fries and the door was locked; it was 8:56pm. So we pulled around to drive-thru again to ask for fresh fries and to add mayo to my burger. The lady took the bag and a few minutes later gave a bag with "fresh fries" that wasn't so fresh. She proceeded to tell us to pull to the end of the building to wait for my burger. A short time later they handed us a bag and we pulled off. Once I opened the burger it was cold and had what looked like a whole tube of mayo on it! Its also worth noting my husbands burger was so salty he couldn't even eat it. This was an absolute waste of money."

"Food was fine it came out fast. Employees avoided customers and were more interested in socializing than taking orders. Ladies room was dirty. Dining room seemed reasonably clean."

"Terrible place to stop. I was traveling through, needed a bathroom break and was also hungry. Had to wait 15 minutes to pay for my food. I ordered at the kiosk but couldn't pay. So finally I got to at the counter. After another 10 minutes, I finally got my food. To my disappointment, there was no meat. I subtracted one of the patties to just 1 instead of 2. But there was none. And they had no ketchup for my fries. Which is nothing in comparison to having no meat on my burger. The staff wasn't very friendly. You could tell they were just doing what they absolutely had to. A man ahead of me politely asked for his drinks after waiting at least 5 or more minutes. A lady from the back had an attitude and yelled "they're working on it". He finally got his drinks. I will never stop here to eat. But maybe to use the bathroom. The 2 starts is for their lemonade. It was delicious. I came outside to eat because I didn't want to be in there listening to them."
