"This place has been anything but helpful in the almost 10 years that I've been a patient. The physician and staff are not compassionate at all. They are easily irritated when you have questions and are unsure of the process. The experience has been awful. The Montgomery location staff are more polite but the office is useless to me because "everything needs to be done at the Birmingham office" what's the point?! The Birmingham office is clearly there for a paycheck and could care less how they impact your day or visit. I would love a compassionate physician that fully understands what I'm going through that I don't have to go to the office to video chat."
