"My Name is Gail Montgomery I Love Dr Vella but his staff is very rude. I was late granted I was traveling from Greenville because traffic was bagged up which is not in my control but when I get there they tells me I got to reschedule. I could understand if they waiting room was full with patients but it was nothing but one patient.Also for last day before closing for Thanksgiving they called me and I was nice enough to come early because they called and ask me could I come early and I came in."

"Dr. Herrick is older and more experienced. He is kind, attentive, and gentle with his work. During my first neck injection, I was nervous because never got sedation. I have to tell you that I didn't feel a thing. I came into the office with my pain at 8 and left with my pain at 1. Love this Doctor. I did great without sedation."

"I was not a patient; just observed their poor professionalism. If a doctor ever suggests this place for me to visit, I won’t go. The receptionist treated people terribly; spoke rudely, argued with patients, and forgot to call people (maybe I shouldn’t blame them for that). But one patient was told that all the staff from the area where he was to go had left. Seemingly they found someone to see him. They close at noon on Fridays. About 12:25, there were three of us in the waiting room. A receptionist looked out and asked if we were all waiting on someone. The two young men did not respond. I finally told her I was waiting on someone. Turns out only two of us we’re waiting on others. The third person, who had fallen asleep was called back about ten minutes later. Imagine being in pain, arriving at the medical facility that’s supposed to help you, and having to deal with rude, unprofessional personnel. I hope you only have to imagine and never have to experience it."

"The staff is rude even when you, as a patient, show great courtesy, they are still rude. After your appointment, you must wait for your prescription and follow up appointment and that can take 30 to 60 minutes after waiting to see the practitioner. There are 17 chairs and a small couch within the waiting room, and once those seats are taken, you stand against the wall and in the hall. Everytime I had an appointment they were always full so I had to stand against the wall. And this was before seeing the practitioner, I still had to wait and stand against the wall for my prescription and follow up appointment.So, the office visit can last 2-3 hrs, worst case 4-5. This can not be humane. The healthcare system must do better. This is the land of the free and people still must subject to cruelty. I am a nurse and could not help that I was born with symptomatic osteomalacia, which was exacerbated by a severe Covid-19. #TheWorldWeLiveIn?"
