● OpenThe University of Alabama Law Clinics, located at 101 Paul William Bryant Drive in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, is a comprehensive legal institution offering a variety of services to the community. The Appellate Advocacy Clinic allows law student interns to litigate appeals in state and federal courts, while the Children’s Rights Clinic focuses on protecting the rights of youth with disabilities in the juvenile justice system. Additionally, the clinic provides free legal representation for low-income individuals and University of Alabama students facing criminal charges, as well as offering mediation services for family court cases. The Entrepreneurship & Nonprofit Clinic provides pro bono legal services to small businesses, start-ups, and nonprofit organizations. The UA Law Clinics were established in 1970 and have since grown to include six in-house clinics and the Veteran’s Law Project.
