"What happened to the friendly and attentive front desk staff? I was greeted by a staff member licking her fingers and giving me attitude because I interrupted her meal. Then I get short responses, followed by my key and a have a nice night. No informing me of the amenities, breakfast hours, or even directions to my room. A couple stepped up right after me and they got the same treatment. Lousy customer service. Now before i write my review I read through some of the recent reviews and it looks like a made a mistake staying at this place. Don’t make the same mistake. We as customers have the power of the purse. Take your business elsewhere."

"The hotel has a rat and roach issue. The hotel had a half dead rat in the breakfast area and did not shut down once it was removed to thoroughly clean and sanitize the area. Complained to the management and they offered points and said that they would post to my account in 72 hours. It took me calling a second time before they even posted the points. The amount of points that were given was laughable at best. Also, a roach came out of the dishwasher. The photos attached show the roach. I wish I would have taken a picture of the rat to post. Previous management took better care of this hotel than the current manager. I have stayed here in the past with no issues. I will not stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed here last weekend (12/9). The location was fine, no issue. Well when we got to our room after dinner, there was a huge roach on our wall. Things happen so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. My husband killed it and we proceeded to bed. Plus it looked like one of those water bugs that comes from outside. Well when we awoke in the morning, there were ANTS in our bed, on the wall, and the floor by our belongings. We literally had to wash everything as ants had gotten into all of our things. I am allergic to ants and my husband had to handle this on his own even AFTER I made the front desk aware. The lady was very rude and said “yall will stay have to pay the full nights price”. She did not offer any assistance whatsoever. She simply said “I’ll send housekeeping” but that housekeeper never showed. We checked out early and asked to speak with a manager. She stated he was not in but she would have him call. We still have not heard from anyone. Other reviews also stated there is an ant infestation. Very disappointing considering this is a Marriott hotel. Never again. I have attached photos as well."

"Very nice place to stay. Got into a bind needing a room, and the staff went out of their way to find a room for me, and they were scheduled to be full that night! The staff is great, the hotel and room was clean and maintained... will definitely be back!"
