"Stop pressuring people to buy more than what they came in intending to buy. I’ve had 2 employees now that quite literally wouldn’t leave me alone when i came in to buy things for my animals. Take a hint. Read body language. It may blow y’alls minds but there’s people out here that actually do know how to properly care for their animals. I needed a 10 gallon tank temporarily for an animal I have, & one worker was literally trying to get me to instead buy a 40 gallon….I’m not going to be harassed while I shop nor am I going to explain my life story to you people about how I board, rehabilitate, and breed all different kinds of animals. (Properly & licensed ofc) Just let people shop."
"I am a first-time pet owner, and I decided to take my 2 month old Maltipoo to PetSmart to get a little trim and bath. We went in flealess and itchless, and came out with ticks and super itchy so I love been trying to find some solutions for my babygirl since the visit. All in all, the associates were very friendly, but needs to do a more thorough cleanse of their shower/ bath room of trimmer area because now I’m trying get of all the symptoms."
"this is my go to pet store. i’ve used them for all my fish and dog needs. well today changed that. i just left this location with my dog and i bought some filters for my tank. i was holding my dog most of the time of my 5 min visit, until check out and i let her down for a solid 30 seconds. next thing i know is my dog that’s 2 feet away from me and is corralled by pet smart associates and them telling me in a very unprofessional way that my dog needs to be on a leash. well first of all my little 15 pound maltese was not hurting nothing and so what she likes to roam. the associates caused this big scene as i was trying to check out. let’s be rude to a customer (who comes in with the dog once a week) and had spent lots of money at their location. very unnecessary actions. do better!"
"Not friendly!! High prices! Employees did not acknowledge my 6 month old puppy in any way! I assume today must have been "cat lovers" day. Bah- hum-bug! I definitely will look for a more welcoming store!"
