"What an awesome place! Nice little swim hole and family area. We were there to kayak and what a great day!! You can put in here and kayak down to a few other locations and get out. The current will carry you down all the way so it’s an easy paddle. Allows allot of time to really take it all in. We got some hooks wet and caught some decent size bass so you can always try your luck. Absolutely beautiful scenery! We thoroughly enjoyed it!"
"This is the first time I have been here since I was a kid. Maybe I'm just not updated on what happens there. But I took my dog swimming there today, and he was bitten by some kind of snake in the water. HE IS FINE. He had the best time there swimming. And there was another family there playing with him and throwing sticks in the water for him to fetch. It was perfect for him to play and swim. But I just wanted to advise about the snakes."
