"Our homeowners insurance and our mortgage are not paid together. When we decided to go with Farmer's, Christina assured us she would stay on top of our policy since it was not included in escrow. Not only did she not stay on top of it, she dropped the ball completely and never communicated we were not currently insured. No communication relaying an upcoming renewal was sent but one phone call was made from her agency, with the caller leaving no message for us. When asked why there was no letter, or email, no more calls with messages left, her response was, "I don't have time to babysit my clients!" Because of Christina, our insurance has nearly doubled due to a lapse in coverage because the Weaver Agency was too busy to communicate. We weren't asking for a "babysitter", but we did expect a professional level of communication."
