"Shawnie is a great landlord, she communicates great with me helps to get things done in a timely fashion and Trevor our maintenance person does a great job making sure everything is working like it should be. I would highly recommend a friend or two to apply if they need somewhere to stay if they asked me., it’s hard to find good people in their position that conducts their position in a good way to help others."

"I have lived at Huntsville Landing for over 20 years and Shawnie Ingram is the best apartment manager that I have had. She is patience, understanding, sincere and always smiling when you enter the office. She deserves a raise for the work that she do daily."

"My son moved into the complex February 2023. The complex is old so we expected some issues. They do show a model unit that's gorgeous but beware your apartment won't resemble that at all. The cabinets, closets and drawers are very outdated and if cleaned prior to move in, a poor job is done. His unit did include the washer and dryer, but the other provided appliances were dirty. His bathroom was being remolded, or so we were told which is why his move in date was pushed to a later date. However, almost two months later, his bathroom again had to be repaired which left him without use of it for over a week. The maintenance team left a hole where the shower head is and have yet to return to fix it. Not to mention left their mess by his front door. The front door frame is in need of repair and looks as if someone might have kicked it in. I am not sure if the maintenance team is uncaring or lacks the knowledge to fix the items they are contracted to fix, but the complex could and should do better. I asked my son to take pictures and video upon moving in and do the same upon moving out which I hope is at the end of this lease term, in case these items are questioned by the complex."

"Horrible place to live. There is no safety. Almost every week you hear shooting. A couple of times some one tried to enter people apartment by force. Full of roaches and the pest control is not getting done regularly however we have to pay for it every month. If you complain they are going to tell you that it is on demand! The manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional. If you complain about anything, she wants to convince you that it’s your fault! All in all do not waste your money and mental health. I do not recommend it to anyone."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Have lived here since august, starting out the apartment wasn’t clean when we moved in, the cabinets are trashed, and we did not get a washer and dryer (an amenity we pay for) for a full month. In the first week of December our washer stopped working, we called and left a voicemail and waited. As that is all you can do for anything to get fixed here is wait. The maintenance guys are nice and efficient when they do get to you but there isn’t enough of them to maintain the terrible renovation that was attempted here. Going into week four of no washing machine and we received a letter regarding washers that were damaged due to the cold weather. Weather that was a week ago. Apologizing for the delay in fixing them and that it may take longer. It is incredibly frustrating as a tenant whose washing machine wasn’t working two week before the bad weather to be lumped together with the other washers that need replacing or professional appliance repairs, WHEN NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO LOOK AT OUR WASHER AT ALL. I would be fine with waiting for a professional repair technician if someone had verified that the issue wasn’t something simple the apartment maintenance couldn’t fix. On the other hand the rent is way to high for the quality of apartment, and management is hard to work with for accommodations of any sort."
