"Complete incompetence! My daughter had an accident on August 25th 2022, and as of today, January 15 2023, its still not settled! I would go days hearing nothing from them so I call nobody knows anything, never was able to just answer a question about the claim. Every time it was "I'll call you back today for sure" and they never called me once! They had my estimate redone 3 times, with the third being almost double of the first until it was finally high enough they just totaled the vehicle. Not only are they completely incompetent and don't do their jobs but after totaling my car, that I drove wrecked for 4 and half months, they dropped my coverage! 27 years I've used John Peter's as my insurance agent and one claim they drop me. Absolutely pathetic! Don't waste your time or money dealing with these people because you will get screwed! So after all of that my claim is still not settled and I still don't have the money for the vehicle, which also was way less than the vehicle was worth but they are an insurance company so I didn't expect much and was still very disappointed! Sad that people can do business this way and are still able to sleep!"
