“I was told by one "reputable repairer" that my engine was badly damaged and would require repairs starting at around $4k to $5k initially and potentially another $10k to fix. It is a Holden Cruze diesel that has done just over 120k km. After contacting Llordan diesel, they agreed to have a look and provide a second opinion. They repaired the issue and got the car back on the road for $1044. I was 1 week away from taking a perfectly good car to the wreckers. The staff at Llordan were genuine, honest and professional. Even showing me photos of what they found and explained how they had repaired it. I will be taking both my diesel cars to Llordan for all future work.”

“Ben and his team have helped me out with two jobs on my car so far, one major and fiddly and one minor (both on a track prepped ND MX-5). They've been fantastic both times, in customer service and outcome. The major job involved taking out a stock car seat and railing, and rebuilding/modifying the stock railing with some aftermarket parts to lower the seat - the instructions provided by the manufacturer were intense and not entirely accurate. Despite the difficulty and (irreversible) nature of the modification, Ben's team knocked it out of the park! I had a similar mod done by another shop: Ben's team got it done on the day if dropoff (quick), less than half the price of another shop, and my car came back in perfect condition. Ben took the time to walk me through the outcome, showing me how to use the new equipment, and helpfully answered a lot of my stupid questions around reducing rattles from the factory interior trim. The minor work was identically completed quickly and very well, with thorough customer support provided on handover. I look forward to getting more work done at the Southern Trim Shop!”
