"Had my car towed here after having the booking delayed 4 days only to get a call a few hours later that they won’t preform the test that was pre-paid for. I can understand if they don’t want todo the mechanical repair but refusing todo the basic scan/test to confirm or deny my issue and leaving me needing to organise another tow to another mechanic is poor. They did issue a refund due to no work done, but I’ve still lost time and had to get a tow that could have been avoided."

"The best auto mechanic that I have ever used by a long way! They go out of their way to do an excellent job and at a reasonable price. My cars have been serviced for many years there and I can't fault them! Nowadays, it is hard to find mechanics who are trustworthy, honest and care for the customer. Andrew and Graeme do just that! When they find issues that will need attention in the near future, they will discuss their plans for what needs to be done. A convenient location in Lonsdale, as the bus stops just 30 metres away for those who need to head off somewhere whilst the car is being serviced. . There is a loan car available as well. I highly this great mechanical repair business! I would give it 6 stars if I could!"
