"DO NOT USE This was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. Starts off 20 min late. Nick and his helper, Evan show up in a Penzke 16 ft long truck. Mt belongings have never fit in a 16 foot long truck ever! 3 hours later, the truck and van…. that my boyfriend had to take him to get…was packed, unprofessionally and sloppily. Did I mention that Nick is an older gentleman, well indeed he is. We get to my new condo on the 3rd floor and acts as if he had no clue we were moving to a 3rd floor condo, which is comical because being in the moving industry… it’s the first thing you ask. I ask my 2 sons to meet us there and thankfully they did… an hour into us and I do mean “us” unloading, Nick and Evan tell me they need to take their hour lunch. THEY LEFT THE TRUCK IN THE DRIVE FOR US TO UNPACK WHILE THEY WENT TO EAT LUNCH. My sons and boyfriend carried the washer, the dryer, my heavy dressers and just about every box. At the end of it, they started at 10:30 went to1:30 took a lunch came back at 2:30 and finally after it all was finished at 3:30. @ 120$/ hr and 50$ for the truck it came out to 600$. I could’ve had 3 professional movers with a moving truck for 3 hours and it cost just about the same without having to lift a finger! Oh also, he ripped my brand new sofa which was still wrapped in card board and plastic. It is my opinion that this company along with Nick need to retire. Good luck to you while your robbing people, it won’t last buddy!"

"I had a large item (arcade cabinet) to be moved from a third floor apartment to my new home. Mini Movers were able to make this move on the same day I contacted them, and at a much lower price than I was quoted by other moving companies. Their workers were careful, courteous, and professional. My item was completely moved in less than an hour without any damage, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Nick and team!"

"Really great movers!!! Very reasonable rates!! Easy to work with. Efficient, didn’t waste time, and most importantly my furniture didn’t even have the slightest scratch on it. I don’t understand some of these other reviews because my experience was a TOTAL opposite. I would give ten stars if I could. I originally wanted a Sunday move and they were booked so we scheduled for Saturday, but then I received a call saying that he ended up having an opening Sunday and asked if I wanted to switch. I was supposed to close on my new home two days later and he let me keep the truck longer. Then my moving got pushed back another two days and Nick was extremely accommodating with making arrangements so I could still keep the truck. I would definitely recommend using three movers or more movers. I used three and It was very convenient and worth the money because essentially two people were moving furniture and the third was dismantling furniture/moving boxes and it really sped the process up. Nick I believe is also the owner and was there on site, so to have the owner there helping was really nice. Totally would recommend to anyone."

"This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I have used this company many times when the son ran the business and was very satisfied. The owner Nick is now running the business and is the most unprofessional person I have ever come into contact with. He was 2 hours late arriving, berated his employees and me, and at the end of the move my antique armoire was dropped in the driveway causing a good bit of damage. It was then moved back into the house. I told them it had to be moved with a dolly, which they did not have. When I asked about his insurance, he told his movers to unload me and refused to move a full truck of furniture. Eventually he came in with a handwritten document for me to sign saying they would not accept payment from me so that I could not file a claim. If I signed the document, he would move the rest of my furniture. This took an additional 1 and 1/2 hours. I am sorry that I did not record his tirade to post here. I am looking at my options as I certainly felt threatened."

"We have now used Mini Movers twice. When we moved into our apartment last year they did a great, efficient, and inexpensive move for us. We re-used them when we bought a house. They were on time, professional, efficient, and cost effective. We had a big issue on our end for our move and they were understanding and cooperative in helping us reschedule, not once, but twice! They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking."
