"Whomever the manager is, of this location, needs a wake up call. The ATM has no money quite often. I, in turn go to LCNB and they always have money! I will be closing my acct with US Bank asap!! Totally ridiculous, when I can’t get access to my funds!"

"Checked on my Mastercard payment to Spectrum, they reported as having a problem. Representative checked my card payment and Mastercard with US Bank found the transaction as going through on their end! Thanks!"

"Absolute worst bank! Deposited insurance claim checks through the ATM and they rejected the checks the next day because of multiple endorsements. There is no warnings or signage that states this. After speaking with customer service, I am being told that US Bank will reissue a check and send it to me. Which will take 5-10 business days. They can cash it for themselves and reissue a check but refuse to cash it for a long time customer? My home is almost gutted and my family has to live in this for another 5-10 days because they can't post something stating this? I will close all my accounts and NEVER go near a US Bank again. They obviously do not care about a customer!"
